as for temp and humidity, check the FAQ... there may be some slight variances in temp depending on the strain and there is an accepted full time RH of 45-65%. The lower end of it is best for flowering because it makes the plant feel like it has to make more resin (THC). I had a lot of reddening on the branches early on when I overwatered and again after overfeeding once... someone on here told me the discoloration of the stem/branch can be a sign of stress as well as just the inate characteristics of some strains. hope this helps some.

thanks.
Man i was so happy thinking that the redness was a good sign or thc flow. Is there any other reason's for the redness or are those the only ones.

i heard red or purple stems was a sign of temps being too low but haven't personally experienced it.

I think the purple has more to do with the genetics of the plant. Its normal.
However for plants that do not have that gene in them I have heard of def.

So if only one out of a few of the same plants has purple, I would think def.

this is not true, THC is NOT produced in the roots, stem or leaves even, THC is produced at the tip of the trichrom where the stalk meets the head. it would be kind of silly for it to make it anywere else, than it would need to spend lot of energy getting it there... and than figure out some crazy way of getting it in the ball head of the trichrom, which is made of only 8 cells, sometimes slightly more, or less. purple or red stems are the cause of genetics or grow conditions seems, I wouldnt worry about it unles the plants show other signs of illness
