(Twins btw) But they’re under 4 23/100 watt cfls & get continuous light. Could they be getting too much light? They’re in Fox Farm happy frog soil. I’ll water maybe every other day, but I only give them maybe a tablespoon of water at a time. The soil is always very dry. So am I underwatering them? Also I may not be using the correct PH water either. What’s the best water for them? I need to figure out what I’m doing wrong so I can fix it ASAP. I noticed they started dropping after I would water them.

First mistake never plant more than one plant in one pot
They look typical for a fox farm grow too hot of soil to early
They may grow out of it

They’re twins my love, i got 2 stems from one seed. They are growing from the same roots! I thought I made the mistake of planting both seeds in the same pot & I dug down to check the roots came to find out they’re twins! Lol

To much water, plants are smart, they will always try to push are screw-ups to the least important leaf or leaves. And that is what you are seeing, the plant is trying its best to keep your over-watering from effecting the plants more important leaves. And why is that happening... there are not enough roots or leaves to use all the water you gave them. So cut back on your watering, and water the seedling, not the pot!!!

What medium are you using ?

it seems the medium is quite hot by the dark color of emerging leaves. Emerging seedlings do not need much water and you can mist them also to supplement . Slight droop after water is normal .
