Mexican sativa bagseed (dwarf, for environmental reasons)
>about six weeks into bloom.
>Had major complications during her lifespan.
>2 weeks vegged
>She was pulled roots and all and I had to regenerate her and let her recover in the ground
>she immediately went into flowering before I dug her up and put her in the 1G container.
>My only plant and she's a foot tall and might yield me a gram (woohoo!) but she is a soul surviver.
>Feeding her Biobizz nutrients with blood&bone meal

Planted five originally that were all pulled with her, two males appeared from those five and I used one beautiful male to pollinate her in the beginning of her bloom; all the males are gone now but I don't see any noticeable seedpods on her after pollination except possibly one ): shame because this beauty smelt of pure grape and plum.

So here she is six weeks into bloom. I named her Desert Plum :hump:

UPDATE 4/21
She is frosting up and gathering her energy to mature and make those buds so swell! Boy, this is going to be some frosty bagseed I am so glad I made seeds from her! Well, a few seeds.

So I'll be keeping this grow up to date all the way to harvest and hopefully even post the after-dry&cure. Every bit of feedback is appreciated.

She is getting close to her end. Sand 16 - 421 UpandDown.jpg Sand 9 - 421.jpg Sand 11 - 421 Trich Glory.jpg

Silence has been broken. Thanks for the feedback, Concord!
Her buds look like they will be loose unfortunately because of the size and stunt and her and being Sativa helps that alot to right? Actually the way her buds are looking it reminds me of someone's Utopia Haze that was posted.

I've got over six seeds from her so later is my real shot with her.

Honestly I am eager to see what a bigger plant out of her will turn out to be; not this year, though. . .I'd like to reveg her I don't think it's going to be possible to harvest the bud off this one without cutting the stock in which case she becomes deceased.

I'll followup more on growth whenever is necessary and possible. What I really want is Mr. Nice Seed's Master Kush x Skunk. I want to find a gem out of M-Skunk and add it in the garden!
Also want to get my hands on Mr. Nice Seed's Skunk #1 (Shit; literal name of the Skunk) and do a journal of the Skunk too.

Harvested the 'Desert Plum' the other day.
The plum is filled with chonicey stench and smells potent. I put a bud in a jar to let it dry and the smell came out even stronger afterwards.

Smoked her, and it is potent! Very smooth smoke with a taste that is like a tootsie roll sort of. A giggly inducing high that is great for me. A go to for movies, videogames, or trolling the interwebz. Non-couchlock inducing.

I will post an update with the budshots after dry, and then again after cure if I can. For now I have some shots of the plant few days before harvest.
The plant really thickened up upon harvest. Her buds were so sticky dense. I harvested seeds from her so I'll keep this bagseed forever, if I can get the seeds to pop one day lololo don't want to try until I know I can go with a professional indoor setup with more than two plants. Need atleast six to put her through a selective breeding.

Anyone know if the purpling is strain dominant or a result of my lack of fully controlling nutrient uptake in the soil? I can answer whatever questions are presented to me and help is much appreciated.

She was a dwarf due to circumstance but she was a wow'ler! I should mention that when I harvested her I only plucked off the bud and did keep very little on her, to place her outside and hope she revegges. Cut her top off though upon the second to last internode.

Alright, well that is all of the Desert Plum (my name for her). I'd say even though circumstances made her puny that she was a successful plant and her prodigy will be considered. If any viewers have feedback and/or suggestions I am open for discussion.
I want to double note for ppl wondering of her genetic background that I picked her seeds out of a wholly selected reggie purchase that I specifically selected due to her trich coverage, bud structure that I identified as sativa, and grand high that I identified as sativa.

I emphasize that she was not just a random schwagg chosen out of the random, that obviously the bud her seeds came from had admirable characteristics in structure, appearance, and smoke. If you choose bagseed, atleast allow the high to guide your decision in growing her out.

This plant was very small and placed in a gallon container after being ripped from her roots, wherein she did not grow no bigger after reestablishing her roots. I feel she would grow big if in good conditions. Harvested Bud shots will be uploaded; she didn't give me much but for her size she pushed it. (:

I love Rollitup and I can contribute everything I know probably to the work of the members on this forum. Sunshine shine on you guys! I'll continue to be a part of you.

She does appear very Sativa with the 5 thin-fingered leaves and all. Looks like you got yourself a nice bit of nug to smoke there and learned a lot of lessons during the grow, I'd call that a success. Thanks for sharing

People can bash mexi brick weed all they want to. But on the upside you barely even have to touch it and it'll give off some nice smoke. If you treat it decent it'll come out nice. You mentioned the upbeat high. That's another fun part of it. It's mild enough to where you can go out after smoking it or smoke it while you're out and it's not gonna cripple your senses.

Okay, so I'm back with a bud profile for the bud I harvested from the 'DesertPlum' and I gotta say the bud she gave turned out pretty dank.

Very uplifting high, I haven't smoked any Haze but I can describe it as putting your mental state in a mellow, calming but gamey haze. Awesome for depression, probably. I found myself giggling, and laughed for ten minutes over a joke that was said. The high is definitely grand; the trich coverage on the bud alone is an indication to the DesertPlum stickiness.

I have unfortunate news for the DesertPlum mother herself though. Remember I said I wanted to put her out for reveg? Well, I did and the next day something ate her. Leafs, stalk, nothing left in her area of her. It got my Caladium plant I just got, too. :sighs: i:D Yeah, it sucks.

Well, here's the shot of the bud dried. This is part of the top. Something I noticed, the top bud was fluffier than the lowerbuds, but it was still dense Just the lower bud was like pure chronic nuggetry. <.< haa

so I'm wondering if it is just the naturalness of the top cola or maybe rain affected it.

In this one you can see a seed from the successful pollination of it; I've got a few of those out of it.

Yes, it had a very mind numbing effect, this strain. Who knows what is in store when you plant a seed from a street reggie, your best idea at a guess is to observe the buzz and plant. Is it sativa or indica? It is a mystery plant until you grow it I'd say. Mine was definitely sativa and strong too.
It was from bricked reggie but it's a whole strain of its own. I'll figure it out and note it's vegging and flowering distinctions with it's prodigy.

I don't think people are bashing the strain that is mexi brickweed, I think they are bashing the quality of the weed being degraded from being bricked.
