The exercise guy is named Tony Little. I actually bought a tape of his.... good workout but I couldn't stand to listen to him. So after the first workout I turned the volume down and made up my own dialog.

One of his lines while doing squats was, "If you don't squeeze that butt..... nobody will." LMAO!!!!! I almost wet myself because he sounded so flipping stupid.

Needless to say.... we have moved on from those tapes. :-)
