Twins? Two Plants One Seed?

so i just started my latest grow the other day, a variety of autoflowers (15 plants, 4 strains) under a 600w hps in a 3x3 tent... FF soil, temps 77-86, 1 gallon smart pots, yada yada yada yada...

anywho, one of the seeds i germed, a freebie white dwarf from the attitude, popped out 2 tap roots.

i didnt think much of it but today when i checked on my babys, it had shot up 2 stems from the soil.

soooo, im wondering if, technically speaking, this is one plant with a mutation, or if as it looks, one seed has birthed 2 twin plants. anybody else have a similar experience? im hoping it doesnt turn out to be a mutant tranny plant, its supposedly a femm'd seed.

picture below, its an iphone snap shot, not the best, i apologize.

I've seen this on a couple threads here on RIU. Most that have had this experience say that one (the runt or weaker one) usually is slow growing or dies. Let it grow out and keep us posted with picture updates.

Seen this before, mostly with jack the ripper from TGA. It's just twins, pick the smaller on and keep the healthiest.

A friends had one that grew and flowered. Looked just like a normal plant but had two stalks

nice, but maybe too close to each other for two healthy plants. Good luck with that one

This Has Happened To Me Twice. Last Year Cracked A Female Pineapple Chunk From Barney's Through "The Attitude S.B." As A Freebie. The Bigger And Healthier One Died Out,The Smaller One Was Very Impressive. Slow At First,But Worth The Extra 2 Weeks. Really a Two Toke,Narcotic As Hell Smoke A+. This Year, Like Last I Ordered More Beans From "T.A.S.B." Got The New "Critical Jack" As A Freebie. Waited Till The Moon Sign Was Wet & Fertile Right After The New Moon. 3 Days Later I Had 2 Sprout's From A Single Seed, The Smaller Of The Two Was Half The Size As The Other,But It Being An "Auto" I'm Not Sure What To Expect. I Would Love To Know Why The Hell This Happens. Still Optimistic And Looking Forward To How They Respond At Around The 15 -20 Day Mark As Hopefully They Will Both Start Flowering. I Will Put Up Some Shot's Of How They Look And Progress As Flowering Approaches. Anyone Else Had This Happen With Hybrid's Or Hybrid Auto's? Peace.

I purchased seeds from Herbie's that were Barneys Pineapple chunk, feminized, and I too got twins. But here is my dilemma now, one of them has flowers that are not female, and the other hasn't flowered yet. I took it away from the others but I'm wondering that if the other side is female and I let it pollinate, will I get feminized seeds?
