Hi everyone, new member and first time posting. Here are some conditions of the grow,

Indoor AutoFem Grow 4 plants
Light: 400w mh with 400w hps bulb for flower. 30" from top of plants.
Area: 3x3
Temp: 23 c
Hum: 40%
Soil: 11 ltr Peat, 11 ltr coir, 11 ltr mushroom compost, 5l perlite, 5l vermiculite, 1/2 cup worm castings, 1/2 cup Natura tomato and veg fert 5-7-7
Water: Well water aerated for a day ph'd to 6.5-6.8, given small amounts when soil dry to first knuckle and top of soil misted a couple times a day.
Twisted Plant: CBD Crew MedGom (2 weeks tomorrow)
Smaller plant: G13 Labs Pineapple Express (Planted twice due to bunk seed 1 week Yesterday)
Largest plant: RQS Bubble Kush (2 weeks tomorrow)
Germinating: Delicious Seeds Critical Jack Herer (Met an unfortunate demise from tiny fingers at Week 1 R.I.P Jack)

My temps got up to 28.9c last weekend with relatively low humidity which I figure is the cause, I brought it back up to the T8 6500k's for a couple days to give it a break and nurture it but not much has changed. Being an Auto and an already relatively low yielder I don't expect much from it but would like the input from others as to what they think the cause may be. I've got the temps dialed in and humidity never drops below 40% so I am happy with that now.
Also will ditch the vermiculite next grow and go with 11 liters of perlite and maybe a cup of fine dolomite lime. Maybe get rid of the fert as well until week 3 or 4 but keep the castings. Anyways everything seems to be moving along nicely and none of the other plants were effected by the heat spike so I guess MedGom is a bit more sensitive then the others, any and all advise will be appreciated.

I've seen this quite a bit in my grows. Almost every one actually. At the same stage of growth.
From the deformed looking leaves to ones not separating like on your BK.
Good news is they all grew out of it and I got some beautiful plants and nice yields.
Never figured out what it was. Plants do some weird things sometimes.
I would not start messing with it. They don't need much at this stage. Don't overthink it. Just stay the course.

That's good news I did flush it today until I had some run off but put it back under the MH to help dry it out. Also forgot to mention that the growth has slowed significantly as well on the MedGom.

my guess that plant is more nutrient sensitive than the others and the soil is a bit hot for it,

flush sounds about right and I bet it corrects itself quickly
