Looks like N tox but not really sure, could just be plant genetics. Ph could cause this. Many things could.Could be ph imbalanc or overwaterin?

Also after flushing with tap water i add apple cider vingar to 3lit water to adjust ph but i don’t have ph meter?
i haven’t ph metr
My pot is (cocopeat perlit peat moss 35%vermicompost )5%coffe ground
I also flush them few days ago with tap water (not phed)
My younger leave twisting is wierd like spiral form extremely
Might be lowering ph too much, ld stop for a bit, my ph meter went on fritz, was watering at 2.4 to3.4 instead of 5.4 and 6.4, plants hurt badly through this caught last week or 2 of flower and did ok. Even though they shouldnt of. I might use ph down every month or so now. Just for a treat. Tapwater should be around 7ph nutes will lower ph. So no citric acid needed, buy ph colour change liquid, never screws up. Until you can test ld stop lowering imo only. But sounds like higher ph nutes locking out.Edges and tips burnt black gray color on new growth

I only add one teaspoon vingear to 3lit after flushing with tap water(ph7-7/5)If you don't have a pH meter, then why are doing this? That doesn't make a lot of sense to me! Anyhow, if you are in peat / compost, then just water n' go, don't be using vinegar to adjust your pH level when you don't even know what that level is! Other than that... it could be cyclamen mites, or broad mites, but if its not them, then it is a pH imbalance probably brought on by all that vinegar you been adding to your water.
