Your temps are way too low, you need to raise your temp to around 82f

You can get a oil filled radiator for around £30 - £40 and an inkbird ITC308Wifi Thermostat to control your temps for around the same price

I’ve got a greenhouse tube heater in there but temps been low in the garage this time of year
