Two different CFL's

I'd like to know, if i can use two different lights. First one is 23w 6500K(really blue-ish) 1470lm and the other is 15w 'warm white'(more yellow) 900lm.
How is it going to affect my plants? I have really small growroom(1sq/f and 4sq/f tall)
I think it's enough with those two lamps?

that's pretty small, i use a 1.2 sq ft grow chamber, 78w of cfl's works nicely
you might be able to grow, but cfl's are so cheap adding another should be painless

dial 1000bulbs....this is not spam...35W CFL ....6400K, 2000 lumens, I bought an amount that brought the price below $4 each, minus ship. T5 are better but not by much...if you do not want to buy some POS T5 fixture from ebay it is the way to go. Switch to HPS for flowering.
P.S. I know that there are those that think certain Ebay vendors sell good electrical bla bla bla...that is only because your too ignorant to know any better....the same yahoos that give advice for cloning and germination. HTG BLOWS

Go ahead, try to buy a CFL @ 2000 lumens for under $4 from a rip off hydro shop...do the math for your bigger CFLs on a per watt bases...like the 100W plus crap from ebay....good for baking turkeys, not so good for the garden.

some grow with this mix of cfl's, they seem to do well, claim the mix of spectrum is better
the mix will probably be much less of a factor than the total lumens/brightness
an untrained plant will be very stretched with this low wattage, a LST would make a big difference as you can position the buds very close to the cfl's

Thanks, than i'm going to put the other bulb in. What is LST?

LST stands for Low Stress Training, i've used it and speak highly for it in small spaces
the usual LST is to let the plant grow out to about 4/5 inches tall, then use string to pull the top of the plant towards the edge of the pot
idea is you get the main stem of the plant to follow the pot edge, it's a plant grown on its side(so to speak)
the buds grow out vertically from the main stem, and you can position bulbs very close
many good threads on the site about it, definitely a micro growers friend

Thanks for explanation, maybe gonna try that. For just now, i'm gonna let them grow freely.
By the way, the plant is Northern Light, its excactly week old, 3'' tall and it has 6 delicios looking leafs. I'm guessing, thats the way it should be? Any one who has experience with NL?

you can wait for a bit, when the stem goes woody, it can't be bent for lst, so keep that in mind
NL is kind of a hard strain to nail down, i've grown a nl#5 for quite a while now, just closed her down a few months ago
nirvana NL seems to have a pretty good rep, you seedling sounds fine for the age it is
