Two Filters, One Fan?

Hello people. Nice to meet you. Is there any drawback to putting a filter on the intake side and also one for the output?? The room is sealed so I scrub the air vs. venting. Would this put too much strain on the fan or decrease the airflow to the point of not even being worth it? Thanks, --HIDDEN42O--

I have one filter attached on the inside of my cabinet, and then I attached one on the outside...works great.
