WRONG, ANY USE OF MARIJUANA IS ILLEGAL FEDRALLY SAME PLACE YOUR GUNS ARE LEGAL ( CONSTITUTION) HAVING WEAPONS AROUND A MARIJUANA GROW IS A BADDDDDDD!!!! IDEA IT GETS THE FEDS INVOLVED THEN YOU GOTO PRISON!
If that was the case... then this person who shot the robbers in this article would be going to Federal jail...... right??

I have heard about a few people who shot a robber when they were trying to rob a house with a medical grow... no charges

1. I LOVE IT. Come in my house home invasion style and you won't be leaving alive.

2. Wish they got all 7.

3. Most importantly read the comments at the end of the article. I couldn't find one that was anti cannabis. Everyone feels just how I do. NOT usually the case in a public comment section. Thangs are changing.

Wow just read the story that's crazy. Makes me feel naked since I got rid of all my firearms since it's illegal for medical patients in Colorado to own firearms.
That shouldn't even be an issue, doesn't matter if you have guns, that's your right.

Just saw this, figured y'all might find it relevant and/or interesting...

http://news.yahoo.com/two-killed-botched-robbery-marijuana-grow-california-231415768.html

"The heavily armed robbers falsely identified themselves as U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents when they came to the house, where two adults and four children lived among about 170 marijuana plants, Mims said."
This is how f**ked up things are. State will charge robbers with murder, Feds. will charge growers with murder. growers will get greasy end of stick...

You sound like a total idiot dude...Times have changed but the laws haven't and if you live in America you should obey the laws otherwise you are a criminal.
Some laws are meant to be broken, and should be until lawmakers realize they should be repealed. It's a notion that helped found this country, after all.

"One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws"
-Martin Luther King Jr., (From Birmingham Jail, so be aware that even the man who coined it knew following it came with consequences)
