Two plant health issues with leave changes. Please help!

I'm growing Sterling Haze by Nirvana. Going into my 3rd week of flowering. I am having a hard time figuring out what is causing some of my plants issues showing some leaf problems. I am growing in fox farm ph adjusted potting soil. I have not added any additional nutrients yet, only distilled water. I plan on starting big bloom and toger bloom this week on the next watering. Below are the 2 issues, photos and a bit of the grow conditions.

ISSUE #1- Some of the leaves look as if the moisture/life is being sucked out of them. In the attached picture you can see how it moves from the outside in and the leaf had become very dry in the affected area. It is on a few leaves but is traveling to other leaves now. The leaves are still green just no richness or substance to them.

ISSUE #2- In the other pictures I have some leaves on only 1 of the 5 plants that are wrinkled and turing down and inward. I cant seem to figure out what is causing this.

GROW CONDITIONS
I'm at 12/12 under a 400 watt hps about 30 inches or more away from the plants. Temps during the on cycle range an average from 77-81 degrees. At night they get down to about 64-67.

No nutes. Third week of flowering.
