Two questions actully

I was wondering if during the veg cycle, I know using 6500k lights are better but if I had two 65watt 2700k lights should I also use them during veg or is there no side effects.

Also I was curios as to what damage is cause by having root bound roots?

You should be good, when you get extra cash get the better lights.

what size pots are you growing in?
