Two weeks from seedling, wanting to force flower. Opinions?

iv never done this . my 1st grow . but I have secured the main stem at the Base and bent it the opposite way further up. iv also tied down individual branches to open up the canopy to let light into other parts . I have noticed all are twisting and turning now for the light and looks like I have a few cola sites I'll attach another pic

mine are 3wks 6 days and iv only lst this one yesterday 11.5.17 I did the other 3 today 12.5.17 didn't want to do it to early . wanted to let them establish root and so before i did

Hey guys just wanted to post an update as promised. Shes about 6 inches now, took all the lower growth off a week ago. Not going to let her get to tall though. I just switched her to 12/12 so we shall see how much she stretches. Will continue to post as she grows
