I believe you're over watering bro, thats why it showed that yellowing. I'd never give any nutes to any plant under 4in in the soil, water every 3-5 days not every other that is a problem 100% unless you have a 70% perlite soil mixture, which you don't. Remember, roots need to be dry at times to. You don't have to make it swamp conditions in the cup for it to get a drink

Really appreciate additional advice/guidance. I'm happy to report there is profound improvement in my plant after just 24 hrs under humidity dome; yellowing has decreased and other leaves have developed significantly. I'm still holding off on adding weak nutes (< 1/4 strength ) until next watering cycle.

Seedlings don't need feeding until about 18 - 21 days. They pack a lunch with em.
When using Promix BX, the Ph should be around 5.8-6.0. I've been using it for about 6 years now at 6.0 and my trees are quite healthy. Ph 6.5 is more suited to real soil which Promix is definitely not.
Adding Dolomitic lime to Promix is a good idea when your reusing it. Straight out of the bag it's pretty well balanced. Reuse has a tendency to start rinsing out the lime after a few times and the Ph drops dramatically.
The BX means it is inoculated with mycorrizai. This microherd will help the plant use nutes more efficiently by helping to break down the mineral salts faster. Although with most synthetic nutes this isn't really necessary. Never use Hydrogen Peroxide or bleach with this mix as it will instantly kill the herd and they wont come back.
Hope this helps,
Fred
