UK growers and smokers

Ill top just before the fourth week and these are two weeks or so, less branch growth but fatter stem. Defo topping at the fourth node though, last ones got far too big topping at the sixth and seventh.

How many tents or grows have you got, i feel like youve done about ten strains on different threads past month or so. Might just be me but looks like you have a hec of a lot of plants somedays... :-)
 
One every 8 /9 Week ,so most years i do 5/6 crops .I veg along side the flower room,Max Plants 4 ,in flower,3 under hps lights one under led. I have a friend who lets me veg at his, 4 plants that i veg along side my flowering plants ,so i'm ready to flip straight away.We use a fair amount of Oil have done for years,It what works for us ,intake wise.I did get into smoking again ,and still do enjoy the odd bit ,but Oil really helps me out same with my wife,I also have two friends that are un able to grow through bad health,who i give oil too.

I've just up potted them yesterday, one more transplant to go before they go into flower.. I can't wait to see what the Deputy's do in flower :-D
My strawberry Diesels will be coming down in about 2 weeks time (65days), but I've seen people say their Soulmates have went 70-74 days.
So either way it'll be a while before I can for them all into the flower tent.

Ive been treating some of my little plants to real sunshine today, set them outside on the step for a couple hours in this glorious heat, I always feel bad that they have to grow indoors and never see the sun haha.

I have been all over the world ,in search of the finest quality bud has well has visiting some of the places just because there ,beautiful .And I have had just has nice a bud here ,than i have had over there.There is a lot of real nice stuff to be found but like any where,also a lot of crap,They have got there fingers on the trigger when it comes to growing nice Out door weed though ,But we could do the same if we had the weather,its the only difference.Most of there strains are on sites now apart from a few that i tried over there,And to be honest i pretty sure i got the taste of well know strains just crossed .There is not many Landrace strains out there now that aint been brought back and played with .Take exodus in cali it aint the real exodus ,Livers only a few had heard of ,and i think that is because i took them bean.Also the Legal situation does not help ,Uk growers don't wanna go to jail for making seeds ,its why not that many uk strains come out ,but those that do are all ways nice.But lets face it most of the strains out there now are well known strains crossed ,with different pheno's and called a different name

Cheers man, I've got a journal going now with some more pics, I've just harvested 2 strawberry diesels and one of the soulmates. Have to say the Soulmate is packed with resin..it almost greasy when handling it.
The Soulmates are really nice mate, (I'm not great with descriptions of smell/taste haha) but I'd say they're quite sweet / floral, almost like Parma violet sweets. Two of the remaining soulmates are different phenos and have a more lemon citrus tang. Not overwhelming but it comes through more when give em a run.
To be honest though, I've grown out only a few strains so far, and prior to this I survived on shitty dealers weed, so my experience with good smoke is limited...but I have to say these are insane!

They look happy mate, nice plants.
I've just popped 4 more yesterday as 'samplers'. I'll get maybe an Oz each from them in little pots just to see what they're like.
I've also been emailed about the Bodhi testers, so fingers crossed I'll get something to test for them! I'll be sooo happy if I do! Haha
 
Was told yesterday by one of the best growers I know,Where blues come from I traveled up yesterday to Barnsley ,few hours but worth it .I love chatting to this dude ,he was one of the first growers that I know that had Blues ,and Exodus Cheese,He was saying that the strain Blues Livers ,is just a Special Pheno of Sensi Seeds .Skunk #1 ,it was found in a 10 Pack ,that was super Fruity and had that blues smell we all know and love.He shown me yesterday just how many of Sensi seeds ,seeds he grows to find them special girls,the Barnsly Jack,is nothing other than Sensi seeds Jack Herer ,the Regular versions ,not the fem.We must have gone to 7/8 Growers yesterday that all used to grow exodus but no longer do,there growing for Commercial side of it,but I'm talking real high quality stuff.And to do with uk growing that place should be on the Map,they really know there stuff.He was saying that it's possible to find a Blues ,in a 10 pack ,but the jack takes far more work ,I came away with a few cutting of that ,I love jack Herer any how,I gave him some of the livers cross exodus I crossed .He said that a lot of Barnsley Growers are also working with tga seeds ,in crossing them into the blues .To be honest I was talking to him about the ch9 Super haze ,saying how I rate that over Jack the Ripper,I back up there next week ,to try again for Exodus ,and drop him some super haze off.Interesting stuff ,So guess what I ordered last night .

Are you thinking of the UK thread, the original one? I don't think slipper has popped in this one although Zeddd has.
Theres still a lot of faces yet to say hello in here from the proper UK thread. Hopefully they will as folk seem a bit more chatty in this thread, no disrespect to the other thread mind.

Yeah you’re spot on lad, I seen U.K. growers & assumed it was the one. Original one now I guess.

Good to hear they’re still around! Haven’t seen them yet but I’m sure they’re lurking somewhere.

Yeah a lot of the old school guys are about, although slippers not been on for a bit, I'm sure he will be back.

On this thread folk seem to talk a bit more and new faces seem to be accepted quicker. Again I mean no offence to the other thread, but it could be a bit clicky at times because all those guys have been around so long and know each other very well. I know a few of the guys on the original thread would agree with me there. Also the original thread goes very quiet for periods. From what I hear its been very quiet compared to how it used to be. Folks always comeback in the end though ey!

Anyhow that's my two cents on it :bigjoint:

I have been struggling to get the Real Exodus Clone only ,Seems everyone has done away with it ,for Hazes.The nearest you are gonna get in seed is some I ordered last promo ,Underground Original UGORG #1 Exodus Cheese x Exodus Cheese x Blues Livers ,but you have to look for that cheese Pheno .But it's a very nice plant in its self ,I have done there blues ,but it's not like the Barnsley blues ,but perhaps that is because I just picked ,the best looking out of the 4 I popped,killer skunk x blues livers .While I am messing around looking for these phenos ,I'm doing greenhouse seeds Exodus cheese ,that has the look of Exodus cheese but not the smell ,but nice smoke.I have loads of people I know trying to source me Exodus Cheese ,waiting game I get it .But I also want the Original Blues ,and after yesterday I know it was a Sweet tasting pungent Skunk # 1 ,so I also looking on finding that ,but did manage to get the jack Herer clone ,just needs getting made into a nice mother now.So I have a lot of work a head ,So after this one that's in everything can take a back seat till I get that Pheno of skunk # 1.
