Well a while ago I got busted for 2 grams (yeah weak). I used the whizinator and i got caught with it. This was of course a violation of probation. If i just packed my stuff and moved to a diff state and said fuck em what would happen?

Well if you just moved away. You would never be able to have a normal life. Because eventually a warrant would get sent out for you and you wouldn't be able to apply for any legit jobs because your warrant would flag them. It sounds like either way you might be facing jail time. However, by trying to run away you will definitely increase your punishment.

How much money do you have? You could always try to make it to South America and live like a king and wait for everything to blow over. Just bring your passport or who knows if you'll ever make it back into America.

you would never be able to go anywhere..

you couldnt own a car/creditcard/house..

the only way would be to live in the forest and survive off berrys and swear off civilization forever..

Damn please explain to me how you got caught using the whizinator? Was the guy trying to look at your meat or something, I would have told him to back up (in a good tone). But dont runnaway from the ploblems i doubt your in that much trouble over 2 grams but the Violation of probation add a bit of work to your sentencing.

Yeah, for a few grams your going to go on the run! Go out of the country if you want to really get away. You can be tracked anywhere in the country. and If the shit hit the fan I've always entertained the thought of going to Israel and becoming a citizen there, I'm jewish and can become a citizen. Or take it one step further and renounce my U.S citizenship. For any thing less than murder Israel will not extradite to the U.S. This happened once that I know of in the mid 90's and initially Israel refused to extradite the guy, but gave in. They allow Russian gangsters in on the basis of religion, so I'd imagine I'd be able to start a new life there without fear of prosecution.

if you leave the state not the city they wont arrest you for that in another state it isnt worth themoney to extradite you on those charges

well man if you have been on reporting probation before menace then you would know that they do try and look at your dick. atleast in columbus, OH they do for reasons like that. anyways bro, not all that is true, most job background checks are for that county or state. so there is a good chance it wont pick it up unless you are trying to get a govnt job or state job. I got jobs with warrants before and that was in my county with the warrant and the county right beside it. Im not saying run but if you dont feel like going to jail in a couple months then just dont go to court and let them try and catch you. i dont really see them throwing you in jail for more than a week or something for your charges. so you might as well take it and get it over with. I failed 3 of my 7 drug tests on reporting and never got locked up for it but i dont know where you are from and how it works around there. so I say your good, just take that shit and be done with it. Be easy bro.

I dont know about a probation violation but i have had a warrant out since 2001 and moved out of that state and had no problems getting a good, legit job or credit cards. I have even been stopped by the police and had my I.D. run and they just said that i have a warrant out but they will not extradite me back to the state that issued the warrant. Im actually moving back to the state that issued the warrant and am going to try to get it all straightened out. Its hell living life paranoid over some shit like that, and growing on top of it. Just be responsible and get your shit taken care of!

Listen to Nutz. Done the serious run shit, done the serious time shit.... Nothing is like what we hear. Jails & prisons suck, but unless you have a LOT of money, and no Family or no Life, well hell, buy a new ID for 4,000, passports, fee for transport to another place, rent, transportation, financial security, etc., just like in the movies. Be for real. Clean up, face the music & be done with it. You will learn a great deal about how life is really like, instead of a fucking slumber party.
