As to your original post you really won't see any true buds until a few weeks into flowering (12/12) sex shows up a little while into flowering mine showed up on day 8 of flowering and weren't definitive until almost a week after that. Give your plants a chance to grow. One of the most important aspects of growing is patience. Try to take a breath most first time grows are killed by the grower over caring for them. They are a weed they will grow.
