so i just read the thread and i would like to try this method. Do you guys like 2 or 4 colas? why? will i get a bigger yield with 4 colas? would this make it more possible to get a pound per plant if my plants are in the ground?

Make sure you dont veg to long, iv vegged mine to long and its turned out very tall with a lot of bottom branches, looks good thow just waiting on yeild ;)

You get a bigger yield if you don't hack off your plants bud sites and just bend to flatten it out. LST (or scrog) is the way to go. Basically the same results (better in my opinion) with more tops at the end. Plus no slow down period of a week or so from the stress of you lopping the top off and the plant having to heal itself.

Topping is way to go the colas shouldnt get as big so less likely to rot. I have topped to get 4 colas then topped all those again and haven't even put them out yet

I wwould top once early on if even that, but as said above, tying down the branches is IMO the best way to get multiple tops/buds

am not a big topping fan, , but you can add some super cropping to your plants regimen and you could get some denser buds

i top my outside girls...i don't want them to get mega tall...i don't want to fall off a ladder,like some people...
