My uncle is growing marijuana out in the back yard and in his closet. If someone were to call the cops and tell them, what would the cops do? Would they rush right over, and arrest him, for being the owner of it and give us a few days to find a place to stay because their taking everything, even the house away, or would they just give a warning and only take the plants away?

I'm not familiar with Ohio state law, but I'm sure the cops would look into it and he'd get jail time and some hefty fines-- probably depends on the quantity, intent to distribute, etc. Like Antny420 said, don't turn him in-- if that is something you're considering. There are real criminals out there spreading ill will that belong behind bars. Jails are already full of white collar crimes, no need for more people growing plants in there. Cheers.
