Under net or tied to top of net? Any advantages or disadvantages for each method?
Well I have never done over the net I have scrogged twice so probably not the best person to answer your question but what I think is it can be easier to just pull under but depending how full it gets it can be hard to harvest if you would like to separate the plants say growing from seed and that led me to think if you tied them down it would be easier to harvest because you wouldn't have to clip under the net and pull through the net all should grow from the top hopefully someone has experiance of bothIs it to hold everything up? I normally use a double layer of netting for this purpose. It just helps with support. One at about two feet and another at 4 feet.
You can still move them around while tucking them just guide them square by square also you can piçk what branches stay under the net and let the smaller ones grow bigger because of the way the auxins move about the plant to the dominate top or tops well that's how I've always understood itIve sense learnt it seems to be personal preference. Tieing to the top is more time consuming but means its easier to move them about if needed.
Im a bit lazy so ill be doing under.
