under watered or over watered

So what do you guys think, I watered this plant about 4 days ago with strait water, and this is what it looks like now.

I would guess it is under watered, but i cant believe it took a turn like this so fast if that is the case. It looked perky and healthy one night, then the next morning it looked like this.

Thats under watering, you can tell because the entire plant is drooping, when you over water just the leaves will look droopy. Just water it and it will look fine by the end of the day

Here is the same plant on the right 1 hour after watering it. both of the plants were started at the same time from seed, and topped.

nice! ive seen the same thing happen outside in literally 5 min! its quite amazing how quickly the sun sucks it up there.

with the amount of perlite you have in your soil you probably will have to water at least every other day. basically water them then wait until the soil dries then re water. the wieght of your pot is a good guage

Those RW cubes look mighty dry. Id hafta say underwatered.

They don't look too wet to me ??? If you are worried dunk em in some water then flick them out. Never squeeze rockwool as it will loose its structure and hold to much water.

Another tip buddy trim those leaves up. Might even be the reason they are dehydrated and drooping. Don't cut the whole leaf cut the leaf in half. This will stop the cutting loosing moisture from the leaves and allow the plant to make use of the remaining sugars in the leaf.
