It sounds like your problem is less than you think. Be sure to get an organic insecticide and spray it on your plants. It will not harm them, but if the problem is entomological, this will solve it. If the growth and process of the plant seems fine then I would chalk it up to a breed-specific problem, or a remote, unrelated non-threatening issue. If the plant is growing fine in veg, when if occurs most growth, then the xylem and phloem are acting properly and all is well. I would say that you do not have a problem, post some pictures if you can.
