IMG_0316.JPG IMG_0313.JPG IMG_0314.JPG Hey guys!! First time grower here, just growing a random seed that was given to me, and luckily it was a lady. I haven't really done anything special, due to lack of experience but I tried my best to LST the branches to be even. I'm no pro, so I'm only posting this here to get suggestions on what you guys think about how it looks, and to get maybe some tips on how to make this girl flourish. Thanks guys

Looks like you did a nice job training her and its overall health looks great. Good luck the rest of the way man!

Nice plant, looking good mate, I did have a good look at the plant to see if I could maybe have a go at guessing what strain that might be---hmmmm--dosnt look like a straight indica or sativa, --some 50/50 strain maybe. buds look a bit Northern Light-ish

After this one I actually thought about growing some northern lights as a matter of fact. I'm torn between this and some purple kush, I'm leaning more towards the kush because it's "supposedly" stronger.

Looks good, healthy. What lights you have in there? Deffenitly isn't hps or led, spectrum looks alittle too blue/white for flower but that doesn't make a big difference. If you have cfls you should make sure those are sitting not more that 3" away from your plant. Optimally you should have one cfl within 3" of every bud

Actually I've got a 600 watt led full spectrum on top of her. 14 inches above the canopy, and 2 100 watt 2700k one on each side. I turned the light off because everyone on here says it causes a glare on the camera, and I really wanted you guys to see her true color to see if the more experienced (all you guys) could see problems that I couldn't. Should I move the 600 watt closer?

Oh nice! No, 14" is pretty good for led. Yeah that can make it really hard to see the plants too, I like to turn light off completely then use the flash on my camera, makes super nice shots

IMG_0321.JPG IMG_0322.JPG I also have one more question guys, I've been doing research all day on calyx development and pistil changes, however I have one bud on this plant that has a substantial amount of orange pistils compared to my other buds. In the first pic is one of my bud sites that look like the rest of the buds, all white hairs and maybe an occasional orange pistil or two, but the second pic is of the other bud site. I see that some of the calyxes are swollen? What does this mean? Hermie maybe?

No just a different pheno.

Pheno--when you buy a pack of (usually) regular ,out of say 5 seeds you might get a tall one, a squat one, a stunted one etc--if you get your cloning act together most growers will clone the phenos that suits their grow space--eg clone the smaller bushier one so that future plants fit into their small closets etc. Nirvana regular seeds have a good range of phenos pop out from a pack.

Could be just beginning to finnish, sometimes some buds on a plant will receive more light, better air flow, or whatever else and the plant will favor it and it will start finishing alittle earlier then the rest of the buds. Swollen calaxys are normal, just means your plant is gaining weight
