Unopened Empty package

Well I recently posted a order from the tude.Ive ordered several times from them and never had this happen before.I ordered and got my package,I was excited at all the new beans I was getting.I also ordered stealth garunteed shipping from them it is extra but hey what the heck.So I was opening up my little package with anticipation for all the new beans mmmm,super lemon haze and power kush and super skunk amongst others.Well lo and behold I got down to the last little bit of packaging in the packaging when lo and behold it was EMPTY!!!!!!!!There was nothing inside,I looked around the table nothing..... Damn,so I thought ok...... maybe its a llittle more secure then I thought.....well I tore the packaging apart still nothing.Now Im starting to get upset,96 bucks for beans and they werent in there.I even had my sister look around,you would think 9 different little packages if they fell on the floor would be easy to spot,well nothing.
I know the package made it thru customs ok it was still sealed when I got it.
So now no beans and Im waiting on attitude to answer my email.
Has anybody else ever had a empty package show up from attitude,that wasnt intercepted by customs ????
This is a first for me,I am sure hoping the tude makes it right.I have used them in the past with no problems now this.
I spose if they dont make it right I will have to find someplace else to get my beans,but I luv the tude and it just wouldnt seem right to have to go someplace else for my beans.But I cant see continuing giving them money if they dont send me my beans.
Heres hoping for good news from the TUDE

check inside the packagind, inside corraguated cardboard and under stamps haha

ugh thats horrible. hope attitude fixes this. im a big supporter of theirs, but this sounds horible

Did you pay by credit/debit card?. The reason I will now only pay by credit card is b/c I can always dispute the bill with Visa/MC.

Give them a chance to fix it, mistakes do happen.

Probably a clerical/processing error, no one is perfect.

seems a little strange that your package was empty. if customs got a hold of it, they will take the beans and they will put in a letter stating they confiscated them. and if you think your allowed to have the beans, there will be a form to fill out so you can try and collect them. i had some vallium taken by customs and i got the letter, but no way i could try and collect the meds so i just accepted the loss and threw the letter away.

if the package was unopened, then i would say that someone forgot to put in the beans when they closed up the package.

the tude will probly want to see a customs letter because there is no other way you can prove you didnt get the beans, but the tude knows your package was delivered successfully.

please let us know how you make out.

Thats what Im thinking happened.I am waiting on their answer to my last email.Hell I would even be willing to place another order if they was gonna reship,at least that way it wouldnt be a total waste I couldget a few more genetics that way for later.

Yes I did so there is always that,but it just seems like dirty pool to me to do that to them.But on the other hand I havent received my order either.........

Bummer, yeah I could see the person packing it forgetting. Maybe, just maybe, one of the packers realized it after the fact and might fess up to it if attitude follows up on it and asks their shipping dept. Otherwise I'm not sure they'll believe you got an empty package, as someone else stated.

With so many scammers out there you can't blame them for being skeptical. I knew a guy who would call and complain some food was left out every time he hit a fast food place, just so he could go back later and get free food... there are some real pieces of work out there. That dude is in jail right now, karma is a bitch.

Well,its been over a week for the Tude to reply and so far no reply even.Im not the happiest with tude at the moment but Im still hoping for something good to happen.Im going email again and see what happens if no go then I guess I will complain to the credit card company to get a charge back.I want to place another order soon(I need the beans)so I will let everyone know what happens.

damn, that really sucks dude! Attitude forgot to include a pack of seeds with one of my orders, but they sent it with my next one, or gave me the option of having it resent immediately. I opted for delivery with the next order because they promised extra seeds for the mistake, but I never got those...at least I got what I paid for though...

Well I am going to guess that the tude is just gonna leave me hanging on this last order I placed.I have placed a new order with them we will see how it goes I also included this note to them

So now you can see what is in the future for me woohoo mmmmm,So many strains,so little time,
With some good karma I may get some new genetics yet.
I am still undecided about contacting the credit card company and filling for a charge back.It just seems like it is wrong for me to do that to them,after all they are in business,but still I didnt get my order,so I can see both sides of the coin and I dont want to have attitude tell me not to do business with them anymore,or have them just keep taking my money.But then again if I dont get my order this time I wont be going back to them,there is other places to get beans,just not as stealthy as the tude is,ie:Nirvana or worldwide seeds,if they was to do stealth shipping like tude does I would order from them,but after all thats happened to me I just cant see it atm.
So now we wait and see how it goes.I will keep everyone posted about it as it happens.

Well no more orders from attitude.I will not shop there again.After spending almost 200 dollars on 2 orders and getting nothing in return,leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.Ive tried to play their game their way but it just didnt work out.So Im left with an empty wallet,empty seed stash and very bad taste in my mouth from doing business with a company that has went to the dogs.
Their garanteed policy is just a word game to lead you into a sense of false hope.Ive tried and tried to get them to do the right thing but they quit answering my emails,I was not loud or cussing them out just talking in a nice normal voice trying to get a problem solved.
So now I guess Im on the prowl for another supplier,nirvana maybe Ive dealt with them before and always had good luck with them,had good luck with attitude till this last 2 orders.I may try sannies or a couple of others Ive read about on this site.
SO beware in this business you could at any time be in my shoes.
I dont know what has happened to attitude and me but they suddenly decided to take my money and give me empty boxes in return,I cant in good faith continue doing business with them.
I wish everybody else better luck with them then what Ive been going thru with them.

That's really messed up man. I can't see them not making at least your 2nd order right with you. Did you try calling them. Sorry to hear about this man...
