Unpllaned totally messy grow

So my story goes like this.I started to grow two plants,one on balcony,and one outdoor.Due to lack of available time,i forgot about this outdoor plant and havent been on site for months....During that time,i nurtured one small balcony plant,and realized that it is impossible and stupid and to risky.Than,suddenly,after months i visited the site where outdoor plant was.I thought she died long ago,but picture one is what i saw there.Totally alone,naturally grown plant starting to flower.In the mid time,on my balcony grew something that is depicted in picture two. I started to care about outdoor plant and she slowly started to flower,depicted in pictures 3 and 4.I realised that balcony grow is not efficient,so i take her out in nature,where she belongs,and picture 5 depicts her new home. In the mid time i took care of miracle outdoor plant and she grew into something depicted in pictures 6,7,8,9.
I also got one hermi clone of some super strain skunk,and dont know what to do with it,depicted in pictures 10 and 11. The strain is mythical endemic strain of sativa,with very high thc content,acquired from bulk of seeds.
I know there are a lot mj enthusiasist and experts so i want answer on some questions.
1.What to do with hermi?
2.Just by looking,how long until end of flowering for outdoor plants,i dont need exact but relative fact for big and bushy plant?
Any special training methods?
Any other proposal to make it better is needed and will be accepted.
