Unrooted or Rooted

Can you plant an un-rooted clone in a rock wool cube straight into dirt?

i have no clue but i put a unrooted branch with rooting powder on it and just put in regualr dirt and its been about 10 days and its still realy healthy and i hope it roots

Yeah, that's possible. It's just like cloning in soil. Just curious, did you get impatient trying to root in in rockwool and just decided to plant it? Lately I've just been cloning all of my clones straight into soil.

It should be fine, but if they were under a humidity dome before, and now that you've planted them they'll be in the open, I'd just watch for signs of drooping etc, and if you see that, then get them back under the dome for a bit until they've perked back up.

I got some clones from a buddy who grows hydro and I'm soil so I got some clones there where no roots showing but the plants where about week and half old
