Unsure of the time period?

This is my plant, since it sprouted its been almost a month to the day!
Im not sure if its too small, or why theres that bit of yellowing on the leaves, that eventually goes away the older the leaf gets, and how much light to give it.
Im using 2 CFL's giving off 2600 lumen each. One is above it, and the other is directly beside it. Its in a miracle growth/sheep lume mixture, and I give it nutes every three or four days, not much though? Any suggestiongs, on watering, nute feeding, lighting?????
I believe its a sativa strain and I read they need lots of light and so forth..??

Seems the lamps dont give off much heat at all, and I have a fan circulating to dissipate the heat as well, I could hold my hand directly under the lamp forever and not get burnt. Hmm. I just gave it nutes today, so lets hope it doesnt worsen the problem!! Thanks for the reply.

Stunting and leaf yellowing is usually an indication of a N deficiency. If that Miracle-Gro is their 15-30-15, it's not enough N.

Looks Like there Nute Burned a little. Plants look fine to me no stretching bushy. I think you have a indica/sativa cross with more indica present. Leaves arent curling up really bad to indicate heat stress. Maybe a flush might help

Thanks for the replies... On the Fert Im using its Miracle Grow LiquaFeed, and on the nute composition it says, 12-4-8. Im not sure what that means.

Well thats a little rude. Its not that I am completely oblivious to what it means, but what I mean is that I dont know if that composition is suitable for the plant!

Didn't mean to be rude, but it sounds like you don't understand the function of the macros as it relates to plant growth. If so, I apologize. Having said that, a 12-4-8 is an excellent ratio for veg stage and I've even carried such a ratio into harvest with outdoor grown plants. You have to read your plants.....something very few people do in these forums. They just follow some lame box or forum hype, or chart. If the food ratio supports and maintains good foliage, then that's what counts. A 12-4-8 will do that.
