I would say at least a week or two, judging from what I can see.

As the plant nears optimal harvest time, the hairs will turn from white to orangey, and start retreating into the calyxes. It should also start cannibalising itself, using the nutrients stored in the plant itself so you may see lower leaves start to yellow and die while it transfers energy into buds.

Sort out the clip on scope though! I reckon you need to unscrew the large plastic piece and screw the scope directly into the clip. Trichomes are the best way to determine not only harvest, but what kind of buzz you want from your homegrown!
 
With my scope, if its not in focus it would appear its not working. Try it out just on your clothing, or something textured on a flat surface. Keep it still as possible, and adjust the zoom slowly til you start seeing shit. At that magnification tiny movements can make me feel sea sick! Haha

He he know what ya mean yep I am getting yellow leaf s now dropping every day oo can't wait what if I had a popcorn bud to smoke now what would it be like would I get a bit stoned :bigjoint:

I am going to recharge me phone an start reading harvest and curing now so I don't go wrong ha ha thank you for your help much appreciated wish I could share my first Eva bud with ya all

Well on day 49 not long now so I have started germinating some more seeds he he here is my next 4 seeds 1 money bush heavyweight seed, 1 blackberry fast bud. 1 Buddha. 1dinafem/critical all autos. Will get pictures later of my recent critical/ jack an Pineapple Express

Hi can you tell me which microscope you got from Amazon please I got some spare cash an want to get one if poss can you send picture pretty please
 
I literally got the cheapest one from ebay. Your one should work, its the same principle as mine pretty much. try using it without your phone, and without that big silver conical piece. You can do eeeeet!
