Well I am a first time grower, therefore it would really make me nervous transplanting into the ground.Looks healthy but definitely root bound and would love a larger pot.

Was full at the beginning of the season but the soil just packed down, ive added more soil in the bucket since this picturecan i scream at you?
why not FILL the bucket with soil?? i put 5 gallons of soil in a 5gal pot; not 4gals. 20% decrease in root zone.
