Upper leaves turnning crispy and orange and then eventually crushing to dust?

I have no idea what's going on, it started off 2 leaves it seems it's getting worse.
Can't be heat stress because my other plants are fine.
I also noticed some of the leaves are changing from green shade to dark chocolatey colour but they don't look damaged yet.

Im not really sure man, possible nute burn or deficiency, possible pH lockout.

What stage and week is it in nutes, and medium ???
