I had a plant slit at the main stem once. I just taped it together with a splint to support it and it healed up just fine

I would be more worried about who or what did that before I hung around to do too many repairs. I've intentionally snapped these branches. Sometimes I use duct tape- sometimes I don't. The plant usually (there gets to be a point where it won't if the apical stem becomes too damaged) bounces back. I just want to prevent an access site for bugs and that's why I will use tape. Just my two cents. Good luck.

I have done some bad things to these plants on accident and repaired them..but this is bad....it looks like one limb might make it but the big one is dead

My best experience with broken or injured branches is a splint and duct tape ......depending how big the branch is and where you may wana rap rope tightly over all that to .....was it windy out or do you think bigfoot came in your grow ...

Idk honestly. ..I think a coon climbed it and done some kinda dance cause it split at the base if the stock...iv played doctor before and had great results but the one big limb died and the other looks to be dieing...the bad thing is it's more obvious that the plant is there now than when it was in good condition. ....b.s

Stay safe. You might need to pick up the pieces and move to another location. Hate to hear you get hurt by the person that did this. Kind of odd. If I found a plant and wasn't an honest person. I would take buds not destroy it.

There wasn't any buds yet....and I have another plant 20 ft from it..and 9 about 10 years from it...I think it was an animal...I can't move to a different location they are in the ground or I would have

I'm dealing with the same thing. I feel your pain. This plant was a nice bush. I was hoping for good things. I put a splint in and taped it up but it was too late. There are still 4 branches low to the ground that are alive, so there's that lol.

Yeah I have a few on this plant left but the bulk is gone that's for sure ....I wanted to see how it turned out compared to my organic plants

Did you have cages or any support ? They will split by them selves somtimes.
Nope not on this one...just some sticks shaped like a Y holing the branches up...I was literally going back to steak the thing up.....I have one more I need to support and they will be good....except for some trellis

Is it your land? If not, expect the same thing to happen again.
Why would I expect the same thing to happen...iv grew here for years...in the exact same hole ...and as a matter of fact iv never fully grew anything g on my land and never will untill it's legal here

Well you've obviously been doing it in the location your at now to be comfortable....which could be a good and a bad thing ....good because you know the area and you know what's what unlike a new spot .....bad because sometimes we get to comfortable and we get a lil blind to things ........but you sound like a knowledgeable person so if I were you just treat it like a brand new spot as far as people go for the next few weeks tighten up security for a bit and make things to where it's obvious if people come .....leave a few bucks under a plant like you dropped it or leave a tool you don't care much for look for foot prints ETC......you know the deal ....just be safe good luck

@Indacouch
Love your name!
Excellant point about doing it outside. I would if you could. Put a security camera on it.
Thanks....gotta rep the Inda for sure ...I learned a lot of neat tricks from having to grow in these type spots and learning from the old timer stoner/growers ....but scouting your spot well in advance is key to make sure there's no normal traffic then when you think it's clear and safe start leaving the goodies cash or tools ....but the thing that sucks is there's always a chance your guna get the lost hiker/hunter/landowner or dude looking for bigfoot lol. Off the beaten path rite into the grow ....trail cams are great if you have the $$$ they don't lie ....lots of cool experiences....I don't have to do all that now but hopefully the OP is rite and it was just an animal cause I hate to hear people trashing other people's hard work
