Urgent help please

This is my first post and I am just going to go for it. My husband has Stage 4 Lung Cancer and probably has days maybe hours to live. I have tried so many times (unsuccessfully) to obtain oil to at least give him a chance. I have acquired a small amount of the product and thinking of just trying to extract the oil myself. Problem is with him being so ill the idea of using toxic solvents puts me off and I have heard of coconut oil as a method.

can someone please give me advice or point me to a site that will "talk me through the process. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it

Here's the Phoenix Tears Site. They use naptha but they do go into proper dosing. I've done naptha, and it extracts alot more of the waxes and other essential oils than say alcohol or butane. (I've seen the difference during winterizing) These other ingredients might be necessary in the treatment. I don't know, but they have a system. Hope this helps, and best wishes.

Hope, I am so sorry to hear about your family's situation. My heart goes out to you both and I put you in my prayers. It is good that you are taking the initiative to create medicine. However I caution you from jumping into something like RSO or Acholal tincture untill you have a bit of a grasp on what you are doing. The above references are good but can be complected and a simple mistake could mean life or death in this situation.

I have had some terminally ill patients in the past and they would love to eat our organic choc-o-pot cookie. We made it with coconut oil infused with cannabis, you can actually put this oil into any food you want. (Or maybe better for him you put it in capsules)

In a nutshell you could submerge the cannabis in a crock pot of EXTRA VIRGIN coconut oil (XV is important to absorb into his bloodstream better) on low for 12-24 hours (longer the more potent) Stirring occasionally not allowing it to burn. Strain the leaf matter out with a cheese cloth and the oil is infused and you can use it for whatever you want.

If you are planning to fight cancer the community has landed that you must intake 1g (of cannabis) or more per day over a 8+ month period then a smaller dose for life. RSO would be ideal for this but if you are using coconut oil pills; ideally he would need to take 9+ 00 sized capsules a day. Really it all depends on the strength of your oil. (divide the amount of pills you make by the amount of cannabis you used)

We extract with oils and fats, but you will never get anywhere the concentration that you will using a solvent that you can then evaporate away. Hard to get more than about a 30 to 50% ( in heaven) concentration extracting with oils, because as they saturate, their extraction abilities drops off.

The "Rick Simpson" cure is one gram a day of concentrate, which would require eating 3.33 grams a day of a 30% extract.

While we continue to use Rick's dosing guidelines, we advise against using Naphtha for extraction, which he adamantly continues to insist is best. The term Naphtha only specifies a boiling point range, not what is in it, and they often include benzene, a known carcinogen.

how is it going? were you able to get any relief for your husband?

i'm using a globe vape to make small batches of oil for my mom and dad. i put it in gel caps into which I add cannabis oil exctracted with coconut oil. i recently read a study that showed olive oil extraction was as effective as making the rick simpson oil.

Nope...rick himself even says so, that its strictly cannabinoids and terpines......so why dilute your medicine? I couldn't tell ya that one
btw you can just buy chlorophyll at a gnc or one of the herbal/holistic stores
But it causes gi distress in high concentrations or people sensitive to it..like me for example

Yea I'm sure his product will help you..because it is still hash, even if a dirty poorly extracted version with probly carcinogenic contaminants

FYI- before joining RIU and getting started with concentrates (under the influence of c&e section contributors) I researched solvent extraction and saw pics of this RSO sludge people were making which is why I was so apprehensive about qwiso at first. Years ago I had a neighbor who sold weed & was always pushing this hash oil which we would put on our joints and it tasted ok and got us burnt so we kept getting it. I only realized recently that it was either RSO or "long wash" ISO because of the greenish black color. Yuk! Thanks for the education guys but most people are googling hash oil & finding links to RSO as well as pics & tutorials how to make nasty looking chlorophyll laden qwiso... I think that's why a lot of people gravitate towards BHO... It just looks tastier
