Urgent! Leaves dying! explination in thread

Guys! I need some quick help! This is my first ever grow, 4 weeks into flower!
Everything was going GREAT until this point.. I saw some leaves starting to get clustered brown spots & thought it was spider pests, so I sprayed a solution on it.
But now I'm just torn.. because after adding baking soda to my water to raise the pH (very stupid choise but time was extremely tight) all the leaves started to brown extremely fast and get dried up & die! so I started flushing, and have hopefully removed any traces of baking soda in the soil but it keeps on browning! Is this a pest problem? Images attached.

As long as the damage is isolated then it’s fine.

Did you spray them with lights on? If so that’s your problem as far as I can tell.

If it progresses then it’s either your mediums PH is out of whack or too high in sodium. Both caused by baking soda.

How much was our in the soil? You said you foliar sprayed?

Yes! I did spray them with lights on, didn't know otherwise so thank you!
About a total of 4 tablespoons total would probably be accurate as for how much baking soda in the soil. And yeah the spray-remedy was one based on oil & liquid soap

What did you spray on it and how much baking soda did you use to raise the PH? Have you calibrated you PH pen or checked it with a solution to ensure it's accuracy? It's likely a combination of things. What you sprayed on it and the PH of the solution you watered with. Those leaves are not going to recover. Let it dry out after your flushing and then give a light feed, continue as normal, and hope form the best. Good luck

I believe about 4 table spoons worth of baking soda got into the soil, and I sprayed 1tbsp of oil&liqud soap diluted in water! And thank you for your response

yeah I don't think this related to the baking soda in my opinion. ive used baking soda, apple cider vinegar and milk all to treat PM with and never had any leaves burning. I do turn off my HID lights so the plant doesent burn. Once is mostly dry I kick light back on. It looks like your might have drenched them with the lights on. They should be fine, Give em time
