The description of stealth shipping does not cover what happened to my order. The parcel reached me. This is what they need to clear up, just exactly what is covered by "guaranteed stealth shipping"?
Really, I did not know that customs was the big risk. It looks like stealth shipping is just for kids and parents or dorm delivery. Having seeds stolen by customs was a wake up call, now I know. Attitude has been in this long enough to know that they need to get better at the customs game and make it clear to customers about this risk. Lots of newbs like me are entering this arena so attitude needs to get with the times and make online ordering a simple affair, not some game where I am supposed to already know about this shit. I am pissed and disappointed with both attitude and customs. If I was a lawyer I could base my claim on the fact that attitude shipped without their plant/phyto certificate and that is enough to show that they did not fulfill their obligation. The whole legality of cannabis is another issue that involves state's rights, but from a business perspective, attitude should take reasonable efforts to assure delivery when it is paid for, and that includes having the seeds in the package when it is delivered.

It is up to you to get permit. It is an import permit not export. You can't plead ignorance, all this info is super easy to come across. Your fault you didn't know Customs was a risk. Remember it says on the website, it is up to you to know the laws in your country. This was common sense info, hard to believe you wouldn't know this stuff. Problem is, when someone tries to help you with some info, you ignore it. Like the permit thing, I pointed out more than once where it would be your responsibility to get permit. You do not even understand that. I mean really, you couldn't understand that Customs could be a problem when getting illegal contraband shipped to the US, you won't be able to grow weed.

First of all, you can't grow their gear as they are a bank and not a breeder (why is that so hard to understand?!). The guarantee does not mean you will get your seeds but, guarantees that if you don't they will reship. There is no longer any point in arguing with morons who don't either read or comprehend. Keep bashing away at Attitude and I will keep ordering and receiving my seeds from them.
Edit: By the by, my current grow are all seeds from Attitude! So, yeah, there's that.

There seem to be quite a few threads about attitude and lost/seized shipments. It does look like a couple folks are quick to jump up and defend attitude. If my order had not been taken I'd probably defend them too, but after learning the hard way about the optional shipping options, I am more inclined to speak out against the way the shipping options are listed on their website. I am not a poorly educated person and am familiar with ordering stuff online. The attitude's website does not make it clear about their stealth shipping options. Posting a message here to inform others before they become victims is a perfectly appropriate thing to do, as it provides guidance based on actual experience. Attacking me personally for leaving this important message, consider it a public service announcement, is not the sort of thing a mod should be doing. Defending attitude, when there is clearly a problem with people understanding the website, is very hard to understand. It does come across as something the company would do instead of fixing the description on the website.
The important message to put out there is not about the people who post here, the message is that attitude's shipments are being confiscated often enough that anyone who orders from them should get the stealth shipping option.
