Scotland and i wouldn't refer to myself as british either I'm in the uk technically but not by my choice it's a pretty complex one i find most English people wouldn't mind being called a brit however with Scotland wales and northern Ireland that is very much not the case only some people would see themselves as "british" others would take offence there is alot to it
