its all the EMPLOYERS that keep this shit a going and going and going, know that 85% of the are illegal and still hire them..

if they ( employers ) whould not hire them then do you think maybe they ( MEXICANS ) would try to jump the border. i don't think so.. there would be nothing here for them, they couldn't get wefare, no nothing..
Exactly. I think we need to do away with minimum wage and start letting skill play a part in job market again. There are plenty of Americans that would take these jobs at a lower cost if they could. Maybe a mandatory raise with a minimum raise cap, and don't force paying into income tax for people that obviously won't make $20k.

It's getting to the point now where businesses can't afford to hire trainees, and the job market is just getting dumber and dumber. It's only going to snow ball if it continues.

at this point i think we all agree on a few things:

border enforcement needs to be stepped up
we need to crack down on employers who hire illegals

now, i think if a bunch of stoners all know this, the fed gov would too. now why the hell did neither of the last 2 administrations do that?

i don't claim to know the exact answer to that question, but i have some ideas. what does everyone else think? why don't they do these 2 simple tasks?

edit - i just realized i said i would not post here again, hopefully this post is not too direct or personal or provoking....it is meant to provoke only thoughts about WHY

now all mexico needs is 100 years of slave labor to bring them up to pace of the U.S
And how long to catch up to Africa in this department? Another 100 years perhaps? As long as we speaking of catching up, we may as well chase the very best.

what you say here is probably true except the "freeloader" part. bet they're working more hours than you. 3 jobs seems to be the norm from what i've seen.

Don't say ONE DAMN WORD about my education. My education is not the problem. Keep it up Buck....I'll just make you look EVEN more foolish for your continual kiddy analogies.

As of now, I'm going with amquai........you scream FILTHY, mexican or not.

Don't YOU bs ME...........f'ing BUM.
View attachment 996885 It is surprising how much education level is actually a factor in so many things. Like unemployment rates during this recession being around 4%-5% for people with a college degree.

There are a ton of programs to help out single moms get a education from loans to grants, living expenses, on and on. You could pretty much get it for free, which may to some sound socialist, but to me sounds very smart, because if you were to do so (assuming you don't have a college degree as you are unemployed I think from an earlier post of yours) you would make up for it not only in productivity, but your increased amount of consumption from making more money, and we would not be paying for you in the long run due to you being in a higher tax bracket and actually paying into the system.

We all win, and education is the key.

Are moderators allowed to see when a person is using more than one or two screen names on this forum?...just curious. If so, I'm willing to bet you will find at least three, if not more people posting to me from the same computer.(and on more than one thread)

This is not a thread dedicated to Babs education.
........and Bab's isn't receiving welfare, and oh yes.....it's none of your damn business how I make my money. :eyesmoke:
