Use of fans outdoors

I went and bought a 6000 cfm fan from Lowe’s to help with getting the water off the flowers and leaves after morning dew or a storm like I’ve seen some on here recommend. Should I direct the fan right my plant? For how long? Can’t really see the fan I just bought in the pic, it’s behind me. The white one is an oscillating fan that I’ve had for a while

As long as it’s not vigorously blowing in them then you should be fine but yes you should utilize that fan to create as much breeze as possible and if manageable, get them more sunlight.
 
If you cant get that dried out with good airflow thru it, you will start to find powder mold. I would rig a tarp coming off the roof to cover them from rain if you get a lot. Looks like it being weighed down with water already. Shake off what you can. i would use several fans until its completely dried out.

It’s flopping around bc the fan is blowing on it. But yes they did get soaked and I need to make a covering to put on during a storm
 
I started using fans 4 years ago. Imo it makes a huge difference. I have had very minimal bud rot or Pm since. I leave them on at night and off days. Were I live in September most nights are windless and humid. If its gonna rain I cover them with heavy trash bags(the fans)lol. If you put them too close and on high you will burn the leaves edges. Its all about experimenting but man you will see how much it helps.

Rain will not hurt the flowers at all. As long as its sunny again within a day or two. When you start getting three days or more in a row without sun the problem start.

Wow havent seen pics in a month or so... Those things really took off! I wasnt expecting them to get that tall, especially because the canopy was almost perfectly even last time I saw them.

I have a fan that I use like see green does, off during the day, unless its humid, (usually wont turn off until like 10am though because I get a late start on direct sun in the mornings) Then keep it on full blast at night in a spot where it will cover the most amount of area. Trying not to get too close to the plant itself, at least not for too long.

I plan on adding another oscillating fan out there in the next week or two, buds are really starting to fatten up on some plants.

I think im also going to grab the cheapest electric leaf blower on amazon for after rain and hitting the tops of the tall plants in the mornings maybe... I saw some leafblowers for like $16-$20... unbelievable... And Im sure they suck as leaf blowers so it works out because i dont really want to blast them with air.. Although they are marketed as being 155 MPH... Doubtful though.
 
Thanks man, yeah I stopped posting when they got difficult to fit in a picture. Pictures don’t do justice haha. But I’ve been keeping up on the mass forum as a fly on the wall. I think I last posted when I had some PM on my middle plant. I yanked all the undergrowth and small branches and it’s good now. That plant is furthest in flowering, deeper than most I’ve seen around here. I have a leaf blower maybe I’ll give it a shot if it gets crazy. Going to work on a removable covering for when it storms. I definitely hear that, I havent posted any pics for the same reason also... And I feel bad that my camera is so shitty. But good stuff, make sure you get some finish shots for sure though, Cheers.
