I have 4 plants under CFL that 2 me are looking pretty nice and healthy but after seein other CFL grows on here they seem on the smaller side. . They are bout 3-4 weeks old so i made a bigger light fixture @ work. I got 2 sockets with 2 y sockets adaptors so thats 4 total. on the 2 end light have have the 5000k with lights 2inches from my girls(hopefully) and the 2 center lights are the 2700k also bout 2 inches. they 5000k are 100w and one 2700 is 200w and other is 150w. IS THIS OK 2 HAVE THESE DIFFERENT LIGHT COLORS RIGHT NEXT 2 ONE ANOTHER????

I prefer 6500k over the 5000k but that is just my preference. Also you should probably invest in more light bulbs to spread the light around. and yes its ok to have them side by side.

You can never over do it with cfls because of their low heat, but the more the better seems to be the general consensus.
