imo mh is the best for veg. heres my first indoor grow with a 400w mh in veg, 400w hps for flower http://skiweeds.angelfire.com had 12 and it was way too crowded. now im only doing 6 LST tech and its still too crowded. i should have stuck with only 4, just let them get real big.
