I don't get it... 56% humidity is perfect!

It seems like every forum you go to they say 62% is the proper rh. Simon's guide says 60-65, growweedeasy says 60-65, now i've had several people i trust the judgment of (including yours because i have seen you around and can tell you're a smart guy) also have to mention qwizoking, say that 55-60 is the best.
I was afraid of mold because i know that mold can only grow in environments where the rh is 60% or above and even better at lower temperatures. What I did to satisfy both sides was to burp the jar every day for 30 minutes and it has gone down 1% every few days doing this, and i will continue to do this until i reach 57-58%. This way i don't have to worry about mold and still have a nice slow drop into the rh i now see is more recommended.
I've read both sides of the argument, why do you believe 56 is perfect?

I don't really have much of an argument of why it's better other than it's less than 60%. The only reason people think 62% is the "best" is because that's what the boveda pack maintains the humidity at.
Personally, I don't think you can over-dry pot. I like it bone dry, as long as it takes a long time to become that dry.
