using keef for cookies

Hello guys, is it ok to use kief for canna cookies?

I am going to make something this friday for 4/20 day...

need some help as i have never done a batch of weed cookies

Doooood. I've never used keef but rather coconut oil cooked with trim. Do you have any trim???

I use 2 oz of trim to 14oz of coconut oil and equal parts water, 24 hours in the crock pot baby!!!

kief is excellent for edibles.

I use 4g for a batch of cookies and they come out very potent.

We recently made brownies from 46% THC ice water hash. This is our "cooking grade" hash. I would say kief would be closer to 35%. Anyways, we found that 1/4 gram of hash was one dose. I would use a tad more with kief. As a starting point, with a 20 serving brownie batch I would add 6 grams of kief. Remember to melt the kief into the butter or oil prior to cooking. Have fun!

Side note: My wife ate 3 servings (3/4 gram of hash) and was WAY too fucked up for WAY too long.

You're friend must have a grinder the size of a bisuit tin to offer enough keif to make it worth your while unless you're thinking about making a single cookie. Kief or hash is pretty much the best thing you can use for making edibles.
