The plant does not absorb the molasses, the molasses is sugars for the life in the soil to feed on.
I never used it, but I'll get some next time when I'm at the store.I'm getting some tommrow.
sweet thanks for the heads up. GOnna water my baby tomorrow with a shot of molasses.in case anyone is confused of how to actually mix in the molasses, an easy way is to first mix it in a cup of very warm water, and add this to your solution. it's a lot easier than just dumping it into a full gallon of room temp water. i just dumped it in the first time and it was hard to blend.
I never add it to my nutes, just when I water only.tjmWhats the best type to use? And if I'm in a nute program should I mix it in with my nutes or make it separate ? Thankful if I could get some good answers, keep puffin
I can only guess is ST is Super Thrive. Why NOT use ST during flowering ??
(I read through 5 pages of responses with no answer... maybe I missed it?)
I've been using ST from seed to final flush since the late 80's with a usual 0.9GPW.
I use 1-3 drops per gal every watering based on size/age of plant
BUT if I can hear a good factual' reason to stop during flowering I'll give it a try
