If someone is going to do this just keep in mind that there will be a record of your encounter in their computer for the rest of your life if they check your ID. You don't have to break a law or get convicted or whatever but any time they get so far as to check your ID they now write up a summary of the encounter and all that info pops up any time you are stopped for anything else in the future.

They'll run your name and bang the first thing they see even if you have a clean record is: "smart ass jerked us around smoking bong in public with fake pot".

You'll automatically have their noses sniffing deep in your ass from now on.

Yes, of course, because tthe federal govt decided that every guy that is let go of a ticket by some backwater ass town is in need of being nationally logged. Dont think so, bud! I have access to the NCIC, as do the rest of you (its actually a constitutional right I am one of the few who enforce it!), and unless you are charged with a minimum of a citation, there is no perm record in the NCIC system.
Does not mean that that cop wont let his buddies know and they wont be fuckin w/you, tho. Most likely they will and then they will

I had the great idea to grow tobacco and sell it in little baggies like it was weed and smoke it out of a pipe like weed, cause it would be funny as fuck when a cop thinks i'm dealing and smoking and ends up busting me for tobacco. they would probably hit me with some tax evasion bullshit tho

Yah, if its bagged up, you are breaking the law. Doesnt make sense, but you cant PRETEND to sell drugs, still a crime. But smoke what you want, where you want, when you want. JUST BLAAAAAAAAZE!!!!!!!:weed:
