Using U.S 120v timer in European 240v Country

Hi,

I am looking to get a 1 minute off 5 minute off timer. They only seem to sell them in the states.

They are all rated at 10amps @ 120v. The thing is my county operates at 240v.

Is this going to be a problem if I get the 120v timer from the States?

should fry it... wouldn't want a house fire... what is it gonna be timing? it depends on that as well.

But the pump I am using is 395 gph which draws about 25 watts,

this interval timer is rated at 15 watts max draw
