I read the study
First, mj has little in common with the plants they used.
Since mj is a 'fruiting' plant, it's light requirements are quite a bit more spectrum inclusive than just RB- in fact a full PAR spectrum will grow superior plants to horticulture lights that concentrates on peak PAR spectrums
Next, the AT is an old model
In fairness, it is hard to keep up with how fast led horticulture light is advancing when doing a long term study (especially for mj- Apache Tech/A-51; BML is too when the mj grower knows the importance of full spectrum lighting
Even BML has newer OSRAM diodes than their Design Your Light shows (though it may be updated now)
BML has shipped 2 X 3ft rails that I selected; a mix of 2700/3000K + 3 @ 660 + 2 @ 450
