V shaped leaves and wilting with lots of water

So i have 5 outdoor plants all the same seed, 2 are wilting pretty hard even though there is plenty of water. All of them have slightly V shaped fingers on their leaves then bend inward and up. Could this be the strain? I have others that are nice and traditionally flat?

They used to perk up in the day and wilt harder at night, but lately 2 out of the 5 are wilting pretty hard almost all day. I just transplanted them and leached to soil, i heard this could be from too much nitrogen but my leaves are not really that dark of a green color.

Any help is much appreciated and i will try to get some pics up soon.

well maybe i should have said sufficient water instead of lots. It is good soil mostly foxfarm and happy frog mix, good drainage, i usually let them have 12-24 hours of dry soil on the top 3 inches before watering.

Also i am using a water softner to combat high levels of iron, but i have heard that the salt leaves behind other trace elements and minerals that may become in excess. But still all my other plants are doing fine except two.

So they are starting to perk back up! If i had to guess i think the flushing helped. I could tell a difference between the color of the water draining before i flushed and after i was done. It was coming out the bottom pretty dark brown like tea and then lightened up to almost clear when i was done. They are slightly stunted but i am sure they will catch up with the others soon.
