Vacation issue

So, my family has decided to leave ONE day early to go on vacation. I was planning on my plants to sprout tomorrow, and we're leaving tonight. So, the thing I need to know is what do I do?
I have 4 plants in paper cups. Been in there 3 days, and should sprout tomorrow-ish.
I don't know how I should handle the watering, and if I should turn on a light so when they sprout while I'm gone, they can begin to veg? :o

Also, the temperatures are going to fluctuate here. Right now it's 70, the low is gonna be 50, tomorrow it's going to be 63, with a low of 49. And again on saturday, then on sunday, it's going to be like today. I have a heating pad, some insulation, and cardboard/plastic wrap to protect the seedlings from too much heat, and the heating pad from run off.
Should I just turn the pad on low?

I haven't used a heating pad, so can't help you there. As for temps, do you have central heat? Just leave the heat on. Set the thermostat for 70-75:leaf:
