Damn!... we have a friend who is about my age (54) she was carrying some clothes down the stairs, and missed a step, .. same thing. Fucked her up pretty good. She's got a scar from just below the knee down. Getting old sucks. I try to judge "should I really be doing this?" when Im out here in the middle of nowhere at the top of a 12 ft ladderOld person

And blew out ankle
Had it screwed together last 18 month's but it never fused
They removed screws and gave me pins
Fingers crossed in a year i will be walking again

Been there a few times... I had t call back the contractor on my grow building buildout and point out all the sloppy work they did.. they still didn't do it right, so I just did it myself. People have no pride in thier work anymore.Now ya tell me
