That law just got threw out last year, it was active until then.

Also I would like to say the last time I got sudifed(sp?) I had to show ID and it was behind the counter.
Sudafed is used to make meth. That's why you need to show ID.

Also with a licence to vote we should start having a licence to breed.

voting is questionably a "right", but the 24th amendment makes it clear that you do not have to pay to vote. until IDs are handed out for free, to require one to vote would be in violation of the constitution.

of course, the righties here don't care about the constitution except for the second and tenth amendments, so my words will fall on deaf ears.
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax. Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
That's funny.....
In post #43 of the Florida Purge thread you stated that an ID in oregon cost $56 dollars.
UB just throws shit at the wall to see if it will stick, it's called buckology.

Well on all the above examples you have to prove you're a specific person you say you are, same with voting. We all lie to get laid, if we required photo IDs and paystubs blue balls would skyrocket.

That's the point. Any scumbag can have a kid. It's time for a license to breed.

If you got blue balls just rub one out.

This debate will lead to national ID...
Or implanted rfid chips

Scott Silverman, Chairman of the Board of VeriChip Corporation, has proposed implanting the company's RFID tracking tags in immigrant and guest workers. He made the statement on national television on May 16.Silverman was being interviewed on "Fox & Friends." Responding to the Bush administration's call to know "who is in our country and why they are here," he proposed using VeriChip RFID implants to register workers at the border, and then verify their identities in the workplace. He added, "We have talked to many people in Washington about using it...."

So, you're fine with voter ID laws as long as the states are required to issue basic IDs at no cost? The argument wouldn't then immediately shift to the "burden" of transporting oneself to one of the many issuing offices?

If that's the case, I'd say it's absolutely worth the couple of million dollars it would cost to supply our fellow citizens that don't have drivers licenses and are over 18 with shiny new ID cards. Shit, you could pay for the program by cutting just one of Obama's many campaign, oops, I mean official government business trips on Air Force One.

So, we all on board for this?

If the republicans wanted to win every election forever they only need to start making it so when you go to vote there is no card or id needed. Just place your fingerprints on this scanner sir. lol

Only about ten percent of the dems would not be picked up right on the spot. lol

ummm, what? last two times i went and got medical care they never asked for an ID. you're letting your 14 year old wisdom shine through.

all that needs to be required to vote is proof of residence. you do not need an ID for this.

btw, driving a car is a privilege, not a right. you will learn that in 2 years or so (depending on which state you live in). voting is questionably a "right", but the 24th amendment makes it clear that you do not have to pay to vote. until IDs are handed out for free, to require one to vote would be in violation of the constitution.

I'm asked for ID one time every year by every doctor.
